COVID-19 Prevention and PICT

A Message to our PICT Family –

“All of us, at some time or other, need help. Whether we’re giving or receiving help, each one of us has something valuable to bring this world. That’s one of the things that connects us as neighbors…”
– Fred Rogers

We are in unprecedented times. It goes without saying that the health and safety of our community is of paramount importance to everyone at PICT. Fred Rogers urged us all to be good neighbors, and now – more than ever – we need to embrace that compassion. With that commitment in our hearts, PICT has made the decision to cancel our upcoming production of Hugh Leonard’s Da, and postpone our final presentation in the 2019-2020 season to a later date.

Additionally, in accordance with the recommendations of the CDC and Allegheny County, we are postponing our Benefit Dinner at Casbah originally scheduled for March 26.

This is a rapidly changing situation, and we will bring you news as we have it. We can’t wait to bring you a beautiful, thrilling piece of classic or Irish theater once our country heals from this pandemic.

All prior purchases will be honored for the rescheduled events. Ticket holders will be contacted separately in the coming weeks. If you would like to transfer your purchase to a donation to PICT, please email

“The pain of parting is nothing to the joy of meeting again.”
– Charles Dickens

Yours Sincerely,
