CHRISTOPHER COLLIER (Freeman) is excited to returning to PICT Classic Theatre for this reading. He previously appeared in PICT's 2017 production of Romeo & Juliet as Gregory and the Apothecary. Other recent credits include Ex in Big Storm Performance Company's production of Or Forever Hold Your Peace, Haemon in Connecticut Repertory Theatre's production of Antigone, and Mitch in Pittsburgh Classic Players' production of A Streetcar Named Desire.
CORNEL GABARA* (Periwinkle) Cornel Gabara has performed world-wide at the Edinburgh International Festival, the Paris Festival D'Ete, and many others. Roles of note: Andrei Serban's Fragments of a Greek Trilogy; Peter Sellar's Children of Herakles; and Robert Wilson's Hamletmachine. Selected North American credits: A.R.T.; the New York Metropolitan Opera; La Mama ETC; and McCarter Theatre.
He has directed over 30 productions including numerous collaborations with Toledo Symphony Orchestra (most notably the tour of Every Good Boy Deserves Favour to Carnegie Hall), performances for the First Global Women's Performing Arts Festival (South Korea) and co-directing Love's Labours Lost for Pittsburgh Shakespeare in The Parks.

LISA ANN GOLDSMITH* (Mrs. Prim) is thrilled to be back at PICT, having recently spoken some Moliere on one of Alan’s fabulous webinars! Recent credits include The Wicked Witch/Miss Gulch in The Wizard of Oz at Heinz Field (CLO) and Louisa in Oscar and Walt (Kinetic Theatre). Lisa Ann has appeared with Arkansas Rep, Primary Stages, Human Race Theatre Company, Theatre by the Sea, Pittsburgh CLO, and many others. DANIEL KRELL* (Sir Philip Modelove) A 2019 Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Performer of the Year, Dan has played major roles with the region’s professional theatres such as PICT, Pittsburgh Public Theater, City Theatre, Quantum Theatre, Pittsburgh CLO, Front Porch Theatricals, and more, as well as theatres around the country including Clarence Brown Theatre, PlayMakers Repertory Company and Gateway Playhouse among others. Look for Dan as Mr. McFeely opposite Tom Hanks as Mr. Rogers in the film A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
KEVIN LAGEMAN* (Sackbutt) is thrilled to once again be performing with PICT. Previous PICT productions include Racing Demon, The Rivals, The School for Scandal, and Juno and the Paycock. Past work includes The Colonel Bird, Shape of a Woman, Knights of the Round Table, and King Lear for Playhouse Rep; Cheapside, The Libertine, Measure 4 Measure, and The Winter’s Tale for Unseam’d Shakespeare Company; Dark of the Moon for Quantum Theatre; and A Doll’s House for Dog and Pony Show Theatricals.
BRIAN LINDEN* (Obediah Prim) is happy to be expanding the canon at PICT. He hails from Wheeling, West Virginia, and is based in New York City where he recently appeared in Pablo Helguera’s A Journal of the Year of the Pharmacy at the Tribeca Performing Art Center. Regionally, he has performed with Bridge Street Theatre, at Shakespeare festivals in Nebraska, Pennsylvania, San Francisco, and Idaho, and recently in The Road to Mecca at Burning Coal Theatre Company. He sends his love to his companion VRS and in memory of CBX.
JOSEPH MCGRANAGHAN* (Colonel Fainwell) is thrilled to be back with PICT after appearing in The Shaughraun and Julius Caesar. LATREA REMBERT* (SIMON PURE) LaTrea Rembert is a Pittsburgh-based actor and dancer who is the current Rehearsal Director for the STAYCEE PEARL dance project & Soy Sos. He has had the opportunity to work with Pittsburgh CLO, City Theatre, Pittsburgh Musical Theater, The REP, and Pittsburgh Playwrights. He currently teaches modern dance at Point Park University, jazz/hip hop at PCLO Academy, and jazz ballet at the Alloy School. Forever grateful to create art.
SAM TURICH* (TRADELOVE)Sam Turich, a writer, director, actor, and activist, creates original plays, films and immersive works, including Daylighting the Stream on Governors Island in New York City, and STRATA, OjO and DODO with Bricolage. He played Odysseus last summer in Quantum Theatre’s original adaptation An Odyssey, and recently finished shooting the role of Bruce Ismay in the feature film Unsinkable.
KODIE WARNELL (Betty) After a few years in the suburbs of Chicago, Kodie has returned to her home city Pittsburgh with a college degree and an all-consuming calling to act. Most of her work has been comedic roles such as Celia in As You Like It, but her heart is most drawn to plays like Lynn Nottage’s Sweat and Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman that shed light on the blue-collar lives of people she knows and loves–people like character of Betty but also, perhaps, like you.
ELENA ALEXANDRATOS (Director) Elena is thrilled to have you all hear this delicious romp into the world of the 1700's,Bridgerton ain't got nothing on Susan Centilivre! Ms. Alexandratos is an actor, singer and director in our city. Before “the plague" She directed Julius Caesar, the first all female production for Pittsburgh Shakespeare in the Parks.
Some of her favourite directorial projects have been: Into the Woods for Duquesne University and Dr. Korchak and the Children for the JCC.
Elena is also a coach specialising in Shakespeare and the Classics.
PAMELA BRUSOSKI* (Stage Manager) Pamela is delighted to return to PICT after working on Shirley Valentine several seasons ago. Pamela is in her 5th season at Pittsburgh Public Theatre where she is one of the Production Stage Managers. Favorite PPT shows include Barefoot in the Park, The Tempest and Indecent. In NYC, she has stage managed on Broadway and off-Broadway including over 40 shows at Irish Repertory Theatre.
SHARON MCCUNE* (Associate Producer) Sharon McCune is the Associate Producer at PICT Classic Theatre, Curator of the Expand the Canon staged reading series, and the COVID Compliance Officer for this production.
