Video Submissions Due January 28 by 5pm. No late submissions will be accepted. Callbacks will be held over zoom February 1-4, 2022.
Rehearsals May 28-June 15,2022
Previews June 16 & 17, 2022
Run is June 18-July 9, 2022

Performances are W-F at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 2pm & 7:30pm, and Sundays at 2pm. No rehearsal will be held on Memorial Day. June 18 and July 3 will not have a matinee performance.

All rehearsals and performances are held at WQED Studios in Pittsburgh, PA.

PREPARATION
Please prepare two contemporary monologues of your choosing.
Videos should begin with a slate of your name and home city. You are welcome to indicate specific roles you would like to be considered for. The total video should be no longer than 2 minutes in length.

SEEKING:

MICHAEL (30s) – Host of the party; possesses a biting wit. He believes himself to have average looks but is always smartly groomed. This role is cast.

DONALD (Late 20s-Mid 30s) In a situationship with Michael. Quick wit. Has the ability to fade into the background effortlessly.

EMORY (Mid 30s, BIPOC) – Large personality. The life of any party but sometimes lacks the ability to read the room. A wild sense of humor.

LARRY (30s) – Partner to Hank. Calm and well-mannered with a devilish streak.

HANK (30s-40s) – Partner to Larry. Sometimes passes as straight. In the process of divorcing his wife.

BERNARD (30s, Black) – Ivy League graduate with pronounced tact and patience.

COWBOY (20s, BIPOC) – A muscle-bound escort. Energetic and kind, but not too bright.

HAROLD (30s, Jewish) – Birthday Boy. The driest wit with a hint of self loathing. Concerned about growing older.

ALAN (30s) – Michael’s college roommate and uninvited party guest. Currently married. Comes from a very wealthy & privileged background.
